5.2 Right to rectification, Art. 16 DS-GVO

You have the right to request that inaccurate personal data concerning you be corrected without undue delay. In addition, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration.

5.3 Right to erasure, Art. 17 DS-GVO ("right to be forgotten")

You have the right to the immediate erasure of personal data if one of the following reasons applies: (1) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, (2) you withdraw your consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) DS-GVO or Article 9(2) lit. a DS-GVO and there is no other legal basis for the processing, (3) you object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) DS-GVO and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2) DS-GVO, (4) the personal data have been processed unlawfully, (5) erasure of the personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which we are subject, (6) the personal data have been collected in relation to information society services offered pursuant to Article 8(1) DS-GVO.

5.4 Right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 DS-GVO

You have the right to request us to restrict processing if one of the following conditions is met: (1) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data, (2) the processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of the personal data and request instead the restriction of the use of the personal data, (3) we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or (4) you have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) DS-GVO as long as it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate grounds prevail.

5.5 Right to notification, Art. 19 DS-GVO

We have a duty to notify all recipients whose personal data has been disclosed of any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing under Article 16, Article 17(1) and Article 18 DS-GVO, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients if you so request.

5.6 Right to data portability, Art. 20 DS-GVO

You have the right to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance from us to whom the personal data has been provided, provided that the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) DS-GVO or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) DS-GVO and the processing is carried out with the help of automated procedures.
